Why I Don't Notice It on My iPhone

i notice it everywhere on my iphone, in ways i don't notice it on my eye pad. Feels like different. Oh, i wish some one could tell us why people see it differently. I'm going to have to get a bigger, heavier phone in order to get the increased refresh rate. It's not remotely important enough to me to spend more money and get a bigger phone for it. The answer is clearly that it's more important on the ipad because of the apple pencil. And it's no obecause because it doesn't, it's not a hundred and 20 herts on the apple pencil anyway.
