How to Be a Better Coach and Better Dad

I've got two girls and I brought them up that way. Never be happy. How do you do that? There's people listening to this going, I've said there's two people in life, fountains or drains, right? If you find yourself surrounded by drains and they are draining you, it's not easy to get rid of those people. What's your advice?
