Neutron Stars Are Not Black, Right?
Any kind of normal matter can eventually coalesce into a black hole. To avoid this, you need something which has a new property of not collapsing into a black Hole. Eutron stars are a really, very special case of avoiding a black holes. They do emit their sup hot, and they glow. And we can actually see hot spots on the surface of neutron stars because they emit x rays. There's a telescope on the international space station called the nicer telescope to look at them.
