I think generally my feeling is that well I used to not believe in quotas quite a lot and I think like I felt like quotas are artificial we should all be married based. But then I started to think about it from you know okay let's use a metaphor think about driving or fastening your seat belts when you're in a car. We have to maybe sometimes enforce things and set some norms before they become really kind of adopted at scale on mass at all of the organizations. So basically the moment when you introduce a little bit of that framework I think it helps massively. The lack of diversity in the board in general comes from the lack of diversity at senior positions of women and senior positions,
