How do you keep your finger on the pulse of everything that is going on while at the same time having the ability to sharpen focus? Well, for example, traveling right now from one European city to another. I'm talking directly, you know, to customers, to prospects to media. So I have a lot of inputs. You can't preside over an organization. It's the worst word I can think of as presiding.
