Oracle does not need to stitch together acquisitions in the same way that sisco does. The oracle cloud is very high performance. It's working on some interesting data base technology. I still like some of the other data base vendors better, but if you want exposure to legacy tack, yo'll take oracle over siscoa eight times a week.
