Architecture - A Novelist's Journey
For about ten, 12, maybe 13 years, was usually one novel a year. After the tenth or the eleventh novel, i thought i wer wont to try something different. I just felt there wasn't room in architecture to explore certain things. When michael sarkin came calling, i had a very difficult year personally. In 20 19, my sister died, and then a few weeks later, my brother died,. And i just thought to myself, you know, if i stay here 18 hours a day, that may be my fate.
