Deckman - Is He a Homegrown DM?

I'm against spending more than 60 million on DMs in general. But I guess that's where I'd max out 60. It doesn't feel me with any confidence. He's making me nervous man. That makes me nervous as well. Yeah, but he ain't going to come and sit on the bench. Hey, come true. What's the most you pay for Deckman? Right. 70. And that's like pushing it.
