Anca-Vasovascularity - Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis

Anca refers to the anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibodies that we actually see on immunofluorescence when we look at the cell under the microscope. The three main anca-vascularities are granulomatosis with polyangiitis, microscopic polyangiiti, and eosinophilic GPA. This patient doesn't have the peripheral eos inophilia or asthma that might suggest eosinophile GPA. So I think most likely this patient is presenting to us with granulOMatosis withpolyangiitis.
