Max Lucado: I'm able to land on a sermon series about four or five months in advance of when I begin preaching it. And so consequently, I have about half of the sermons prepared for, let's just say, a 12 or 13 week sermon series before I begin the sermon series. It's extraordinary the difference because it can marinate. He says he has experiences in life that he'll go back and thumb tack to that sermon that he wouldn't have had otherwise.
