Are We at a Bottom?

I want to see the indexes get over some of these resistance moving averages that they keep running up into. There should be a trend there of at least three five seven days in a row and then build on that That helps but more important you got to see these stocks building bases. If the Fed said we're just going to raise one or two more times and we're done right I mean history if you go back in history man that really fuels gasoline to an uptrend so there's that all can I get one more thing in?
