Integration Leading Integration - Understanding the Functions

There's certainly areas that I if I could have done differently would have. It was more just understanding the jargon of what I was talking about and there's a period of time where you're relying on just your problem solving skills to connect the dots. That has transferred even further into the actual setting up of a diligence and integration management office after several rounds of learnings. We really need to evolve from a model where we'll just pick a person from a department function or a business unit and have them go run an integration. And so one of those things was getting consistent players in the integration roles as opposed to maybe around Robin of who's available in finance, for example.
