Is God Enabled You to Do Something?
Leuis: God doesn't make anybody do anything. He's going to inspire them to fear him, and not make them fear him. If i inable my child to take my car by giving him the keys, doesn't mean he'll necessarily take my car and use it that night. But it does mean that i've enabled him to do something by granting him permission to do it. That's a big difference than effectually causing somebody to do something.
