The Nature of Immersion in Meditation

In mindfulness specifically in the personal meditation I was practicing and still like to do this from time to time. You kind of with this practice it's not as tedious as it sounds. I learned to gain some control over my thinking process. Much better than before before that I was inside my head and hardly paying attention to anything outside. So they say, don't be the dancer, be the dance. Okay so you want to be in your experience. The idea here is that the more we learn, the more we become aware,. Maybe we can make even everyday experiences such as eating a blueberry or ice cream be more immersing.
