So creating habits about being grateful, like you might decide every morning, I'm going to make a one page and just fill it with everything I make a list. What am I grateful about in my life this morning? You do it every single morning. And then you can have another habit maybe at night, for you to bed. Just kind of review in your head, what is I grateful about that happened today? Or in my life.
