Confession
Protestants have this sort of individualized practice of confession, where we confess to god and god alone. It relieves us of humbling ourselves when we're in the community together. I believe that is something we can do for each other in a community through the priesthood of all believers. And i do think there's something really healthy about corporate confession as it relates to specific confessions.
