I'm Not Sure if You Can't Bid Down the Ownership of a Property in Iowa

In iowa, you would just raise your hand, or raise your bitter number, if ou were interested in that property. And then if somebody else wanted, they would yell out 99 % or 90,. and it would go down from there, 98%. But that didn't happen too often because investors were not willing to do that. Then when things went on line, that's the only way that they did these sales, that they just bid down the ownership interest of the property. In louisiana, they've tried to change it. Investors have tried to get it changed, but they have not been successful doing that.
