The number 10 2023 trend that I'm predicting is that there's going to be greater authenticity and transparency we're gonna see more realness. Balenciaga on the other hand waited too long to respond and then their response was to point the finger at someone else and not take personal responsibility because of it they turned a social media crisis moment into a brand catastrophe. Today consumers want an immediate response immediate accountability on behalf of brands and CEOs. If I see one more youtube apology video I'm going to poke my own eyeballs out.
