Rest days can be very useful, but also a bit toxic at the same time. Most people wan to think rest da othing, liy, sitting down doing nothing,. For me, a very good a restate is going for a nice, active walk - that could take 20 or 30 minutes. And i will say, for any em any mums out there, i put my jimger on in the morning, and then if i get a window, or if the baby sleeps, i'm already wearing it. This ust an added incentive to do it, i think. But just to explain to our listeners what mobility training looks like, because i think all these terms
