The Ogee Effect, Smogee Effect?
The ogee effect is when your blood sugar gets too low overnight specifically, you get this dump of like glucose or not really glucose. And I believe that what happens is your brain and your body start preparing yourself for the task ahead. It's a good effect that's supposed to save you from the low, right? But on the opposite of it, the trigger of those hormones can then send your blood sugars rebounding high. The problem ends up being is that is how it gets caught up in everyday life.
