What I Didn't Like About This Case
The case fell directly along partisan appointment lines. The Republican appointees were in the majority and all of the Democratic appointeeswere in the dissent. I found both the majority and dissent unpersuasive in a lot of ways. Not particularly well organized and so I wasn't particularly convinced by either.
