How Do We Describe the Universe?
The way we build up our description of the universe is we have these little basic building blocks, like one of the simplest things that can happen. And then from that you can build up more complex things. Electrons can't be in the same state as another electron. It's just something electrons don't do. Member forces aren't everything in physics. They're also just rules of quanta mechanics.
