ASML - Is This the New Quarterly Dividend?

As a token of respect for this company, I wanted to buy more of it with hit 400. But on top of that, they announced a 5.5% dividend increase over the fiscal year 2022 from 5.052 to 5.80. In quarter three, will this 169 be the new quarterly dividend going forward? If that's the case, we're talking probably about a 20-25% dividend hike. That's not clear to me based on the press release and such. So that's up in the air. And then I'm really excited about ASML. They are nailing it on every site.
