The more we actually are in the moment and in the senses, like right here, right now, the more we de condition grasping. But that takes practice. Like for most people, as soon as we have the first few spoons of ice cream, it's kind of like we forget,. We just spoon it in, and we don't taste until at the end, there's something lingering, and then we have to have more. So to stay with each bite, there's actually a fulfilment
