There's a broadening out too about what it means to inherit an experience of grief through a white gaze. So grief, it seems to me, goes along with the question of the body and how you're speaking about it in this book. And theo clan is funny because, a, you know, that's like a concept book where the, the person in the book is like a fun house mere version of myself. But i needed that distance more than i normally do. To say, wilcathis isn't my exact life. These are exaggerations of a life similar to mine, close enough....
