Is There a Meritocracy in Silicon Valley?

It is nearly the purest meritocracy you'll ever see in the world. If you're good at doing something and you're willing to apply yourself and just do it, people will collaborate with you. It's not like we'll collaborate. It's hey, if you're putting the legwork in, I'll give you all the resources I can get hold of. You were under, you were built on the merit of your work. That's not who you are, whether you're a junior, you're a race. And some of it, like some of it is just that like the big disruptive ideas are crazy. But man, it's willing to put the time in it
