Ramsey Yusuf and the United States
Ramsey Yusuf was responsible for the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. The United States has been looking for him ever since then. His accomplice shows up because Ramsey Yusuf remembers that he left his laptop in the apartment and has incriminating information on it. He sends the accomplice to go get it while the police are there. They try to shoot him, but miss; his accomplice trips and falls and is detained.
