Retiring Debt - Is That Your Approach?
I don't think there is a binary yes or no, must retire debt. There's no that I know of, ruling life, that you have to not have debt at any certain age. But if it got to the point where they're 46 year old, got that 800 grand debt on the investment property, what I would imagine would be as a natural consequence of buying anything? At some point, when we review our portfolio against our current situation and circumstances, when it comes to age 55, we just come up for air and say, okay, we're doing some planning over the next few years. What does the property look like? Are we happy with the asset? are we happy
