The Role of Race in the Southern Baptist Convention

Greer: "We Baptist have a history of ecclesiastical office, confusion that we should be honest about" The Southern Baptist Convention voted to strengthen its stance on racism and inconsistency with the church's posture toward abuse in an upcoming meeting. A committee will consider whether or not these issues are appropriate for inclusion into Article III; if so, they can be excluded from the convention.
