The Importance of Product Strategy
If you're not intentionally making progress towards your mission, then that might be away from the mission. A product vision to me is a two to three year construct where you're essentially defining with a healthy amount of guesswork and trying to suit saying we're going to move us closer to that mission. The next step down from there is then to think about your strategy. And those priorities are oftentimes, and I find this a great way of connecting in OKRs. Because priorities, if you want to be focused on every organization says, we need to do more on less things.
