How to Support Students to Come Along

It's one thing to kind of set up these opportunities for students to follow but then getting them to come along can actually be a real challenge. I think there are obvious things that we can do to break down barriers in terms of making a trip affordable and putting in the financial structures. But very often what we forget is that if these experiences aren't within the zone of sort of reality of families they're quite scary experiences.
