There are some people who have literally no gains, even over relatively longer long-ish timescales with resistance training. Some of your better responders will be about double the average response. And then some of your outlier folks were talking about triple quadruple the normal response. You can great hypertrophy with low load or high load training, as long as you're kind of minding the details and things like that.
