Physiotherapy - Hyper Accountability in the Clinical Space
I think it's a very good approach to have for any person involved in a team or in any setting to be hyper proactive like you said. Yeah, the hyper accountability I take through even in the clinical space and sort of like if we lost a game and it was my fault, how was it my fault? It really criticises yourself before pointing at everything else that should have happened differently. That's probably where I started with and for younger physios coming through that is a nice practice to go through.
