Are You Sensing in Your Body?
The way we've been programmed culturally to think of the body and the mind is separate. It's almost hard to imagine what it would be like to fully inhabit the body all the time. Scientists are still working on figuring out where these individual differences come from, but one thought is that they it may have a lot to do with the kind of messages that we got from our care givers as we were growing up.
