Is There a Flashpoint for a Conflict Between China and the US?

I think the West is saying to China for these critical types of technology, you're welcome to use our system, but we're not going to use your system. And so in some places like chip making equipment, China is still using Western systems because it doesn't have its own. But in places where China's got the same capabilities as the West, like telecoms equipment, then yes, the inevitable result is two different systems,. if you will, of the tech infrastructure.
