Some of my friends, they might immigrate it to Singapore during the COVID, but now they're coming back. They maybe have different reasons. My ticket is that there's only one place in Hong Kong that you can buy almost anything and sell everything with a very little government interference. So if that is gone, I think slowly, surely the traffic will come back. But over the time, I think the market then still remain Hong Kong. That will remain attractive to some people, not some.
