You've just got to sort of pick your mark. What I've tried to do through my career is not necessarily be the smartest man in the room but try to surround myself with the smartest people in the room and also then realise who you're the smartest person in the room. A lot of it's grown on me like especially the WMBL, like I knew nothing about it when I started and now it's also working really well with having a young family. Like my wife and kids love going now. So they're involved too which makes it a hell of a lot easier than just sitting in an office watching games. If it didn't then this would be a very laborous job.
