How to Make a Market for Organ Donors

People have moral concerns about making a market for organs in our case I think it's less problematic than the sort of live organ market. You get people onto the donor list by arranging an exchange between the people who might need it and the people who may sell it. People worry that well who's gonna be the one that wants to donate right it's the desperate people It's people who are poor people who maybe are effectively being coerced into donating by their circumstances.
