The Effects of Age on Strength and Power

There's a compelling case and the science backs it up. I think people intuitively know it but it's just so nice to hear some of these things Peter what physiological changes do occur in maturing athletes. The decrease in maximum heart rate does seems to be age related there's nothing we can do about it. Older athletes tend to train with less intensity and move more towards distance and going longer than going harder. There is also showing that older athletes are trying hard often over many years are more at risk of cardiac issues.
