What Is Intermittent Fasting?
"I've really changed up my overall lifestyle in terms of, and you tell me, am I doing a form of intermittent fasting every day? Because like my daily routine is I wake up, you know, seven, seven, 7, 30 in the morning because I stay up pretty late working. And then I don't really eat any like solids up until some and really dinner a lot now," he says. "And I'm very content with it now."
