The Founder of a Nautilus

Nautilus founder arthur jones was horrified by the lack of efficiency in lifting traditional bar bells. He set to work devi devising what he thought was a more efficient way to lift weights for muscular for body building and for overall health and fitness. By 19 83, fitnessis in general becoming uncontroversial and a kind ofcele ed virtue,. such that somebody like walfragan can do it, as can some of the more sub cultural body building figures who were still considered to be rather suspicious.
