i don't fully understand because i haven't gone through one. The sponsor of the spack is taking some percentage of the ongoing company. Yet it doesn't feel too onerous ase if it's a four hundred million dollars pack going into a four billion dollar company. How do they deal with this staying private so long and knopping up the cash in their chips? Are they selling on the, on the secondary market?...
