It's really hard to be self aware. So for you personally, or maybe for other leaders you've seen or look up to, how do you know the both that the things you're doing are the wrong things to be doing? There's two aspects. That one is like processing feedback that you're getting. And then when you do get feedback, i think there's that little in your head, right? Like or your gut, or wherever you want to put it in your body. I think that voice is really important. Most people who have any kind of moral compass are like want to do, most people want to do the right thing. It might be a handful of sociopaths
