When buying closed end funds, usually you are buying from another investor. With a clotes end fund, there's a limited number of shares and they typically sell for a big discount to their net acid value. But i like close ton funds because it's a small niche that it's mostly individual investors that tend to panic when markets sell off. And so you can see what it's worth compared to what its price and pick up a deal.
