every time someone speaks very, very positively about a form of exercise, I do sort of wonder, is it a cult? And what would your opinion be about ocean swimming in terms of its cult status? 100%
Speaker 1
it's a cult. I've totally bought into the cultness of it. I am a disciple of ocean swimming. It's legit that it's a cult, right? Like we think we've found our people. I think we've found our God. It's the sea. I have a every Sunday. It does feel mad to speak so exuberantly about a sport, but it really, what it brings to my life has definitely taken it to cult status. Have I converted you? What do you think about ocean swimming? Honestly, you've
Speaker 2
kind of converted me. I think I might try it. Honestly,

if you call up a bunch of people who are, you know, just like heading to the pool on occasion, right? And just, you know, give them a call, set a date and an achievable time. You don't want to have to wake up too early And then head down to the beach. Bring your Speedos, bring your goggles, your cap, and head in together and just make it easy and chill for your first one. And then have a coffee and a chat and then just set a date for the next one. I

guess all we need is just like a sauna on the beach for afterwards and then we'd be absolutely set in
Speaker 1
