The Heterogeneity of Flight Physicians

Dr. Drew Cathers is an emergency medicine and EMS physician at the University of Wisconsin. He split his clinical time between the emergency department and working as a flight physician. A flight physician in our context means that we're a dedicated crew member on our helicopter. Most of us now are starting to also be subspecialty boarded in either EMS or critical care.
