Is Robin Hood a Superhero?

He doesn't think the government should help people he says that the taxes were created to punish the rich. He thinks Robin Hood is evil in his mind taking from the rich and giving to the poor is bad so he literally is a reverse Robin Hood or that's how he sees himself which literally means like I said before he's a super villain. It seemed to me that the socialists ultimately penalize themselves due to their lack of financial education no matter what the take from the rich crowd came up with they always found a way to outsmart them.
