Is It Possible That Beetroot Juice Is More Effective Than Sodiam Nitrate?

There's direct research on this, so it's not just kind of speculative. There is a study by fleck and colleagues in 20 16 where they looked at whether or not beetroot juice was more effective than a nitrate matched dose of sodiam nitrate. So eof these other compounds in the foods and juices you might use, are contributing in a non negligible way. You don't have to worry about just getting a supplement that's a total dud. And the foods are likely to have some other pido nutrients present in the food that have either a neutral or positive effect on the action of nitrate.
