The most important thing is to put your phone away and then it is to start doing deep breathing. There's literally pito chemicals that come from nature. So there is a communion with the trees. Any kind of mindfulness experience is a good experience byt any kind of stepping out of the worries of the day and just being present is a really great thing to do. And you can even incorporate some deep breathing and meditation at the same time.
