We have to do what's right. We believe for the creative product, and we believe for the social environment. Our high school initiative with devincy schools is a charter school that pulls from tons of different zip codes in our area. That's yielded a lot of great positive results. 72 are in house a training and residency programme. It's probably, we hire around 20, 30 % from each class for five years. You cannot be in and out. You have to dedicate yourself strategically to an initiative and hope for change to come over lonter. And you're getting work because you're doing better than the average.
